We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Academic Affairs. This role will manage admissions activities for the Brain Behavior & Cognition and Developmental Science PhD programs as well as the masters Programs. Key Responsibilities: Process and prepare applications for program directors and admissions committees review. Input update and track graduate application data in spreadsheets. Respond to high volumes of inquiries via phone and email providing clear information to prospective and current graduate students. Support the Director of Academic Affairs with planning and executing yearly commencement orientation events and various activities for MA and PhD students. Assist with special projects as required. Qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to a large volume of queries. Proficiency in spreadsheet management. Required Skills

Associates degree required Bachelors preferred. One to three years of experience.
