Are you interested in healthcare education or technology and looking for a flexible part-time role that builds valuable professional experience The at the University of Florida College of Medicine Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation (CELS) is seeking an OPS Clinical Simulation Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare simulation training.
This is a part-time position with a regular schedule of TuesdayFriday 7:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. (with occasional earlier start times as needed). The hours make this role an excellent fit for:
As a Clinical Simulation Specialist you will provide professional support for simulation training and development programs. You will assist the Simulation Program with activities surrounding simulation/experiential learning events. Working closely with the Director of the Simulation Center facilitators and Simulation Specialists you will be part of an incredible team producing high quality education activities to our students and clinical colleagues.

The Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation (CELS) consists of the Experiential Learning Center and the Learning and Assessment Center (ALAC). The Experiential Learning Center provides task training and mannequin-based simulation as well as in situ simulation. Meanwhile the Learning and Assessment Center focuses on the standardized patient program and develops new training modalities. Our mission is to provide experiential training that enhances healthcare professionals clinical expertise competence and teamwork skills to improve patient care safety and advancements in the field.

Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
