Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Kia Miramichi Kia Fredericton Mitsubishi Volvo Cars New Brunswick five (5) ReCar locations St Croix Auto Velocity Auto Body and 11 Wonder Auto locations. Coordinating the transportation and receipt of inbound vehicle purchases ensuring speedy and accurate delivery Managing vehicle transfers between retail locations to support customer appointments and confirmed sales Organizing and overseeing the delivery of purchased vehicles directly to customers Communicating with local drivers and third-party transport companies to execute all transportation needs efficiently Monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring on-time safe and compliant transport across all channels Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proven track record of being honest dependable and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to respond to communications outside of regular office hours when necessary Be part of a growing company that values efficiency communication and reliability Work in a supportive team environment with room for growth Play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service through timely and accurate vehicle deliveries We offer a competitive wage along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical health and dental coverage.
