Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Office Manager who will be the central point of contact for our local branch operations. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills strong communication and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations including scheduling administrative support and customer communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and crews to ensure timely follow-up and smooth project flow.
Support the branch manager and production teams with reporting job file management and compliance documentation.
Manage incoming phone calls emails and walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records in company systems (CRM project management tools etc.).
Assist with invoicing payments and basic bookkeeping tasks in collaboration with the accounting team.
Coordinate office supplies equipment and vendor services as needed.
Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment that reflects Bone Drys values.
Qualifications:
Previous office management administrative or customer service experience required (construction/roofing industry experience a plus).
Permitting experience a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook); experience with CRM software preferred.
Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic work environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
Bilingual a plus
Compensation and Benefits
$18-23 per hour commensurate with experience
