- Day or Day / Afternoon rotating shift available withovertime & RDOs
- Earning opportunity between $125k - $150k super depending on shift

About the Role
Were seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role with the option of straight Day shift 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday or on a rotating day / afternoon roster as below:
- 1 week Day Shift: Monday Friday 6am 4pm
- 1 week Afternoon Shift: Monday Friday 4pm 4am
- Daily overtime applies after first 8 hours RDO accrued monthly and Saturdays available at penalty rates
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager youll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to project work including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Work with PLCs LV and HV systems monitoring and diagnosis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

- A Grade Electrical License and trade qualification
- Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments
- Skills in PLC diagnostics and control systems
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
