The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied role supporting Organisational Development and Employee Experience initiatives across the Australia Pacific region.

Your new role

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and facilitate or deliver programs. Additionally the role involves staying informed about the best global practices and trends in learning leadership and talent development to enhance the overall employee experience and drive a culture that fosters and enables QBEs talent.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of OD programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities.

  • Coordinate and administer leadership culture team and/or learning and development activities including scheduling logistics cohort management and stakeholder communication as required.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of programs.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong facilitation skills.

  • Measure the impact and success of initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of OD processes through feedback and insights.

About you

To be successful as an ODEX Consultant you will have expertise in organisational development coordination skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitation stakeholder engagement and a strong understanding of adult learning principles and inclusive practices.

You will also have/be:

  • Proactive and self-directed with strong planning and time management skills.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development adult education human resources or related discipline.
