Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our growing Land Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have internship or hands-on experience in land development engineering. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to support the planning design and execution of residential commercial and mixed-use development projects.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation of site development plans grading plans utility layouts and drainage designs.
    • Perform calculations and prepare engineering reports in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
    • Conduct research and compile data for environmental zoning and permitting requirements.
    • Support senior engineers in reviewing construction drawings specifications and cost estimates.
    • Collaborate with surveyors architects and other team members to ensure accurate project deliverables.
    • Assist with permit applications and respond to agency review comments.
    • Participate in field inspections site visits and project meetings.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
$50000 - $70000 a year
