Software Development Engineer Advisor IIAbout your role:
At Fiserv we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What youll do:
Lead the design development and implementation of software applications to support Fiservs business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform coding testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience youll need to have:
8 years of experience in software development and designing distributed systems
7 years of experience in Java programming spring boot spring framework
5 years of experience in SQL databases
5 years of experience in AWS
3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
3 years of experience with Agile methodologies
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience in the financial services industry

Salary Range
$128000.00 - $216000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
