Job Description
Allied Plumbing Air & Electric is hiring a HVAC Commercial New Construction Foreman. Job Duties:
- Monitor and coordinate daily tasks projects and activities
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members
- Provide appropriate resources equipment and supplies for the construction site
- Emphasize the safe and correct use of equipment and machinery
- Ensure adherence with local and state safety and health standards and regulations
- Create and maintain project schedules and establish deadlines
- Develop budgets and ensure projects remain within them
- Identify and resolve problems and mistakes when they arise
- Prepare progress reports and communicate them to managers and supervisors
- Ensure projects have sufficient manpower
- Supervise coordinate and evaluate workers
- Ensure workers follow construction plans and blueprints
Experience running projects in the field as a foreman required.
