Position Summary We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to deliver The Joint Chiropractics growth goals by recruiting qualified new franchisees and coordinating efficient re-sales/transfers for existing owners. Youll own the candidate journey from first inquiry through signed agreementsourcing and qualifying leads guiding prospects with a consultative sales approach and keeping diligence and documentation on track. Partnering closely with Marketing Legal Finance and Operations youll ensure our opportunity is communicated clearly and consistently and territories are planned thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Candidate Screening
Proactively manage franchise leads from multiple sources including inbound inquiries referrals and marketing campaigns
Pre-screen candidates to assess financial capability operational fit and cultural alignment with the brand
Guide qualified candidates through the franchise application process ensuring timely completion of all required documents and steps
Schedule and conduct introductory calls discovery presentations and follow-up meetings
Marketing & Outreach
Spearhead marketing initiatives to promote the franchise opportunity through digital campaigns social media events and industry platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials presentations and content that communicate the value of our franchise
Maintain a consistent presence in franchise industry networks trade shows and relevant events to build brand awareness
Sales Process Management
Manage the franchise sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring accurate records of all candidate interactions and progress
Work with legal operations and finance teams to execute a consolidation of small existing franchisees to larger more sophisticate operators
Brand Representation & Compliance
Present the franchise opportunity in a manner consistent with company values and regulatory requirements
Ensure all communications and processes adhere to applicable franchise laws including FTC regulations
Serve as a knowledgeable credible and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
4 years of franchise sales business development or related sales experience
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50000 commission; on-target earnings (OTE) of $150000

This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
