Job Description
- Our client needs a Property Manager in a beautiful luxury apartment complex in Cape Coral Florida. The salary will go to $75k plus full benefits and 401k!
- 382 units prior experience as a Property Manager overseeing 200 units
- CAM or LCAM certification a plus not required
- Bilingual speaking both English and Spanish would be a plus but not required
- Experience overseeing a team of 4 members
- Full-time salary position must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday a month would be a schedule adjustment during the week
- $71K-$74K annual salary plus 0-10% quarterly bonus opportunity based on property performance
