About the Role
We are looking for anExecutive Sous Chefto help lead our multi-unit complex of our Farm to Table Southern and award-winning bourbon bar private dining steakhouse modern sushi concept as well as the robust events/catering business located in Buckhead. Youll support the Executive Chef step in during their absence and keep the operation sharp organized and humming. Perfect for a driven sous chef ready for the next level.
What Youll Do as Executive Sous Chef
- Support the Executive Chef in running daily BOH operations across all concepts.
- Manage ordering inventory and food/labor cost controls.
- Oversee vendor relationships and handle invoices in MarginEdge.
- Lead lineups expo service and coach cooks to hit brand standards.
- Keep the kitchen stocked clean and organizedno surprises no scrambling.
- Run event kitchen meetings prep and admin.
- Minimize waste maximize utilization and protect margins.
What Were Looking For in an Executive Sous Chef
- 35 years BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef/CDC/Exec Sous).
- Strong chops in ordering inventory vendor management and costing.
- Proven ability to train mentor and hold teams accountable.
- Highly organized and calm under pressuresystems are your love language.
- Hungry to learn grow and step toward your own Exec Chef seat one day.
