Job Description
Location: Jersey City
Position: Summer Camp Program Facilitator
Dates: July August (Exact dates negotiable)
Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time positions available

About Us:
At New Life Dream Academy we offer a dynamic and fun summer camp experience for children ages 5-13. Our camp provides a mix of engaging activities outdoor exploration arts and crafts and educational games all while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Position Overview:
Were looking for motivated energetic and compassionate individuals to join our summer camp team. As a Summer Camp Staff member you will:
- Supervise and engage children in creative activities outdoor play and structured learning.
- Assist with planning and leading age-appropriate games arts and crafts.
- Create a fun welcoming and safe environment for all campers.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to children in a group setting.
- Ensure camp policies and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children ( A degree in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required)
- Ability to engage children in creative activities and outdoor play.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow staff.
- Patience reliability and a passion for making a difference in childrens lives.
- Background check clearance (required).
