Job Summary
Ralco is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative International Registration Coordinator to support our global expansion this role you will be responsible for preparing and managing the technical documentation required for product registrations in international markets where Ralco conducts business. You will lead the development of registration renewal and amendment packages to ensure compliance with each countrys regulatory requirements. This includes creating and maintaining accurate international product labels tags and packaging information critical components of successful product registration. A key part of this role involves establishing efficient processes for handling labeling and packaging changes ensuring our products meet both customer needs and regulatory standards abroad. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams across the company to understand requirements confirm accuracy and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced globally focused environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely technical documentation required for international product registrations including new submissions renewals and amendments. Ensure updates are made in response to regulatory authority feedback.
  • Coordinate the creation review and approval of international product labels and packaging materialsincluding translations ingredient lists and regulatory claimsensuring compliance with global standards and country-specific requirements.
  • Oversee the management of product label files including version control hazard labeling and box/case labeling to ensure all labels are current and correct.
  • Support and maintain international product formulations in Ralcos ERP and formulation program.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure appropriate product testing is conducted and that test results are documented and available for international registration needs.
  • Maintain accurate product data in the ERP system including product names types manufacture sites sizes and packaging details.
  • Collaborate with international shipping teams and country managers to communicate registration-related changes such as updates to formulas labels or packaging that may impact orders.
  • Serve as Ralcos in-house international regulatory expert acting as the primary point of contact for in-country support teams and resources regarding compliance processes and inquiries.
  • Update and manage the international price list and support pricing accuracy across markets.
  • Promote a positive team-oriented environment that supports effective collaboration across departments and global teams.
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and working closely with the operations team to streamline processes.
  • In working with your supervisor help to build a regulatory library that outlines the regulations in each country that Ralco conducts business in.

Job Requirements
Education: Associate or bachelors degree
Experience: Regulatory and Agriculture knowledge is preferred
Location: Marshall MN
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Travel: Between Marshall MN facilities

  • Wage: $24/ hour depending upon skills experience and degree level
