- Entry Level Tire Tech - Work in a fast-paced team environment using different state-of-the-art equipment to produce the best Retread tires in the Industry.
- Starting pay $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Ability to Lift objects move objects while exerting physical energy
- Ability to Learn and Apply Concepts
- Retread station tasks: Inspection Buffer Skive Repair AZ extrusion Pre-cure builder Chambers Final inspection Monobeam/mold cure presses.
- Retread employees will be trained regularly and audited to ensure proficiency
- Testing proficiency will be determined by passing established audit processes
- Timeline progressions are recommendations and will vary between individuals
- Progression to next level program will be based on proficiencies gained and not elapsed time in program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable Attendance
- Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Flexibility to Work Overtime if Necessary
- Ability to Begin Work Promptly
- Must be 18 Years of Age
- Ability to remain standing for the entirely of ones shift
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
