In this role you will:- Manage Apple branded and non-branded merchandising solutions/fixture programs across major US Consumer Electronics partners- Coordinate the deployment relocation or replacement of Apple programs in partnership with approved vendors and retailers- Own program forecasts budgets and invoicing in coordination with US Sales Procurement and Finance- Collaborate with Worldwide and US Marketing Communications and Programs to deliver best in class retail execution of NPI.- Update and maintain point of sale (POS) landscape details in Apple internal systems and cross-functional reports- Contribute to the definition development and streamlining of non-branded processes from initial design to partner execution- Own communication of marketing merchandising and demo security guidelines to stakeholders during NPI- Influence without authority. Operate as a liaison between Apple-approved graphic vendors fixture vendors and partners- Partner with Demo Technology team to pilot test and scale critical initiatives- Report status on branded and non-branded programs on a quarterly basis to leadership- Benchmark and share best practices with US and Worldwide teams
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Background in merchandising retail operations and/or similar function
Deep knowledge of visual merchandising and aligning to a design aesthetic
Exposure to merchandising fixture design construction management or retail development
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities strategies and timescales
Track record of successful budget management in excess of $1M or more
Strong analytical and business modeling skills in Excel and other reporting tools
Passion for the customer and partner experience
Deep understanding of the retail consumer market (e.g. customer profiles trends challenges opportunities competitive landscape etc.) is highly preferred
Familiarity with Apples brand and general product knowledge is a plus
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust credibility and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Comfort managing ambiguity and ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction
Ability to analyze trends develop insights and find opportunities to create solutions and drive business growth
