Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to end users in Finance HR and Operations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and build reports & dashboards using Power BI and Application Report Designer.
  • Ensure business processes comply with financial and operational standards.
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption.
  • Manage configuration upgrades and lifecycle of ERP CRM and HCM applications.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance across applications.
  • Support system integrations (APIs middleware data migration) to connect enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure applications meet scalability performance and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Finance or a related field.
  • Strong background in ERP CRM and HCM systems (both functional and technical).
  • Solid financial knowledge to support accounting and reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Crystal Reports and SQL.
  • Understanding of application integrations middleware and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Focus ERP Centra HCM and Centra CRM.
  • Knowledge of process automation workflow tools and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise security standards and data governance.
  • Ability to manage both functional business discussions and technical system improvements.
