Salary:per annum approx.tronc
Contract: Full-time Permanent (4-day week: Thursday Sunday)

This is a forward-thinking ingredient-led restaurant in Lichfield proudly holding 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate. With a strong focus on sustainability and seasonality the team delivers a refined yet relaxed experience that celebrates great food drink and hospitality.
The Role
We re looking for an ambitious Junior Sommelier with a genuine love for wine and hospitality. This is an exciting chance to work in an accolade-driven environment alongside an experienced Sommelier with scope to develop your knowledge refine your service skills and play a key role in the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent wine service and support pairings for a modern British tasting menu

Assist with cellar management stock control and supplier orders

Contribute to the development of a dynamic and evolving wine list

Provide approachable confident wine recommendations to guests

Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Take part in regular wine training and tastings to further your development
What We re Looking For

A genuine passion for wine food and hospitality

WSET qualifications (or willingness to work towards them)

Previous experience in a quality restaurant ideally with wine service exposure

Strong communication and guest interaction skills

A proactive collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
