- Plan coordinate and oversee electrical installations maintenance and upgrades
- Design control panels based on process descriptions and cable layouts
- Prepare electrical drawings and schedules
- Ensure compliance with OHSA SANS standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance and compliance reports
- Manage maintenance and asset tracking of electrical tools and systems
- Promote and enforce workplace health safety and risk management
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project alignment
- Drive innovation energy efficiency and continuous improvement
- Oversee departmental budgets resource planning and procurement
Requirements - BSc or BEng in Electrical Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant electrical engineering experience (including design installation commissioning and maintenance).
- Registered as an Installation Electrician (Wireman s License).
- Construction and commissioning site experience.
- Proficiency in PLCs HMIs VSDs Soft Starters and automation systems.
- Experience in control panel and MCC design & manufacturing (beneficial).
