Ello Technology is expanding our S3 AI & Automation Business Unit and were looking for a Support Engineer who is hungry to learn obsessed with quality and ready to help us drive the next generation of automation solutions.
What Youll Do
As our S3 Support Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring our automation platforms workflows and AI solutions run at 99.9% uptime while supporting our clients with world-class service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Excellence
- Achieve 100% SLA compliance across tickets tasks and projects.
- Monitor and maintain automation environments with proactive health checks.
- Resolve issues in AI/automation tools ensuring stability and reliability.
- Maintain real-time dashboards and reporting for transparency and accountability.
Automation Engineering
- Build test and deploy workflow automations that save clients time and reduce manual work.
- Quantify automation impact in terms of hours saved and processes improved.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose smart automation solutions.
Client Support & Communication
- Be the first or second line of response for client automation issues.
- Provide technical guidance remote support and solution rollouts.
- Flag risks early propose fixes and prevent downtime before it happens.
Team Contribution
- Upskill with a minimum of 4 training hours per month.
- Support peers share learnings and contribute to runbooks & knowledge base articles.
- Participate in UAT deployments and cross-functional collaboration.
What Were Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 25 years in technical support / infrastructure / application support
- Understanding of automation tools or scripting
- Experience with ITSM processes (tickets incidents root-cause analysis etc.)
Preferred Traits
- Proactive problem-solver
- Excellent communicator (internally & with clients)
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- Passion for AI automation and continuous learning
