Certifications: BLS RRT Patient Diagnoses: CHF COPD Pneumonia Respiratory Failure Respiratory Infections Special Procedures/Unit Details: ABG sampling Ventilation Mgmt. Patient Assessment skills Pulmonary Hygiene Special Equipment: Servo-U LTV NKV330 AirVo2 V60 Float Required: from LTC to Acute care as needed Weekend Coverage: EOW Skills: Adult Critical Care Emergency Department Endotracheal tube/suctioning Extubation Intubation Assist Nasal airway placement Nasal airway suctioning Oral airway placement Oropharyngeal/suctioning Sputum specimen collection Tracheostomy/suctioning Hand held T-piece Trach collar Bag and mask ET Tube High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) T-piece Trach collar BiPAP CPAP Troubleshooting high pressure alarms Weaning from mechanical ventilation Long term care experience Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:15 Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Y - Depending on level of experience Locals Accepted N must be > 75 miles Scrubs: Gray or Gray/Black combination
