Job Summary
Create a detailed high-level schedule that integrates all project timelines highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
Develop and manage multiple project schedules concurrently.
Synthesize various schedules into a single cohesive program level schedule.
Ensure that the program schedule aligns with organizational goals and resources.
Ability to translate technical scenarios and challenges into actionable tasks.
o Identify and manage dependencies between different projects. Assess and identify schedule dependencies to support decision making.
o Map out critical path views to understand the impact of dependencies on timelines.
o Facilitates project risk reviews drives informed decision-making and ensures the resolution of critical issues. Drive development of mitigation strategies.
o Foresee and communicate conflicts that may arise due to overlapping dependencies.
o Determine when appropriate to escalate project risks to ensure timely resolution.
o Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to reassess priorities and realign schedules.
o Monitor changes and assess implications on overarching program schedule.
o Responsible for building consensus and ensure alignment among stakeholders on the program schedule.
o Assist project managers in coordinating their schedules to maintain alignment with the overarching program schedule
o Establish processes to analyze measure and track project results reports on progress and optimizes program processes.
o Performs other duties assigned as needed
