Role: SharePoint Developer/Power Apps Developer
Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Job Description
- Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Implement data integrations using Power Automate and other data services
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to workflows canvas apps RPA bots and flow configurations to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction
- Maintain and update existing PowerApps solutions
- Create detailed documentation for developed applications
- Create detailed documentation for development applications (process and functionality)
- Create and manage SharePoint Online sites lists libraries and workflows.
- Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx PowerShell and REST APIs
- Maintain site permissions security and governance policies
- Solve complex software issues with ease while integrating the projects with MS Office
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams Outlook Excel) and third-party API
- Improve the overall business process and operational level functioning using SharePoint expertise
- Stay current with the latest features and updates in Power Platform
Requirements
- Prior experience in application development with at least 2-5 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development
- Proficiency in Power Apps development including Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps data formats like JSON and Power Automate
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform
- Problem-management and critical and strategic thinking abilities
- Previous experience in client management particularly in the areas of data flow and migration
