Job description:
Release Management:
- Own and manage the overall release calendar across environments (Dev QA UAT Production).
- Coordinate release planning and scheduling with project managers developers QA and business stakeholders.
- Conduct release readiness reviews go/no-go meetings and post-release retrospectives.
- Track and manage release scope risks and dependencies.
- Maintain version control and release documentation.
Deployment Management:
- Plan and lead the deployment of application changes across test and production environments.
- Coordinate environment setup rollback procedures and deployment validation activities.
- Ensure that release and deployment activities follow change management and governance processes.
- Monitor deployments and respond to issues or failures during the release window.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Azure DevOps GitLab CI/CD).
- Proficiency in using project tracking tools (JIRA confluence)
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for change release incident and problem management.
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills
