Job Summary
Step into the forefront of hospitality as our Housekeeping Manager where your meticulous eye for detail and leadership skills will ensure impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Leading our housekeeping team youll orchestrate a symphony of cleanliness setting the stage for memorable guest experiences and elevating our establishments reputation for excellence.
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff including hiring training scheduling and performance management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property conducting inspections and implementing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment including ordering stocking and inventory control to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget monitoring expenses labor costs and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience in housekeeping roles with progressively increasing responsibilities demonstrating expertise in cleaning procedures staff supervision and quality control.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team foster a positive work environment and achieve departmental goals.
