- Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget monitoring expenses labor costs and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience in housekeeping roles with progressively increasing responsibilities demonstrating expertise in cleaning procedures staff supervision and quality control.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team foster a positive work environment and achieve departmental goals.
