Job Description
The Production Scheduling Specialist is responsible for planning scheduling and coordinating production activities within injection molding or assembly operations. This role ensures on-time delivery optimal resource utilization and accurate data management in MES and ERP systems.
Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience
Completion of a three-year technical training program (e.g. Process Mechanic) and advanced training (Industrial Foreman Technician).
At least 4 years of experience in production planning work preparation or production controlling.
Proficiency in MES systems SAP and manufacturing workflows.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Effective problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in injection molding or assembly production.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping.
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
Language Requirements
Local working language: C2 Proficient
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
