We are seeking a skilled and personable Customer Service Liaison to act as the primary point of contact between our customers and our internal this role you will handle inquiries resolve concerns and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and communications.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.
Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
2 years of customer service or client relations experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
