Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Product Owners / Business Analysts with a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management Operations to join a long-term initiative with a leading global financial institution. This is a high-priority sold role with an immediate start offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to multi-year transformation programs within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment on product vision requirements and delivery.
- Gather document and analyze business requirements related to Asset & Wealth Management operations processes and systems.
- Define user stories acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Support operational readiness including training documentation and change management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational policies within the asset management domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 10 years of combined experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst preferably within Asset & Wealth Management or broader financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment operations trade lifecycle client onboarding settlements and reconciliations.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and actionable delivery plans.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies backlog management and working with distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JP Morgan Asset Management systems and processes.
- Exposure to regulatory requirements in the asset management industry.
- Relevant certifications such as CSPO CSM or CFA (Level I/II) are a plus.
