Summary of the Position:
The Payroll and Benefits Specialist performs duties at a professional level focused on payroll processing benefits administration and related compliance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing benefits enrollment and support managing integrations between systems and addressing employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. The position plays a key role in supporting the companys HR operations and compliance with state and federal regulations.
The Payroll and Benefits Specialist position is located at the Hitachi Global Air Power manufacturing facility in Michigan City Indiana and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
