National Sales Director Ultra-Rare Oncology Drug Launch
The National Sales Director will play a pivotal role in leading a team to support the successful launch and promotion of a new oncology drug designed to treat an ultra-rare blood cancer.
The National Sales Director (NSD) will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales and will have several Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) as direct reports across the country. The NSD and respective team will develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts through interactions with approved Hematologists Oncologists Pathologists Health Care Professionals nurses executive level personnel department managers pharmacists and various other support staff. Business relationships will focus on increasing education on product benefits/risks and awareness of current therapeutic gaps consistent with approved labels developing new business and expand current business maximizing resource utilization and increasing sales aimed at achieving the national sales target. The NSD will compliantly collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure national success.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
