NRDC is a non-profit environmental advocacy organization. We use law science and the support of 3.1 million members and online activists to protect the planets wildlife and wild places and to ensure the rights of all people to clean air clean water and healthy communities. NRDC was founded in 1970 and our people helped write some of Americas bedrock environmental laws including the Clean Water Act and many of the implementing regulations. NRDC is seeking a Client Services intern to work hybrid with the IT team associated with our New York office. This is a paid internship of 6k and we are looking for someone that is completing their undergraduate degree or who has just completed their undergraduate degree.
This role would be hybrid Tuesday Wednesday Thursday out of our New York office.
The IT Client Services Intern will provide helpdesk and AV support for the New York Office. This includes the responsibility of identification prioritization and resolution of end user help requests including the monitoring tracking and coordination of support functions with other members of the IT department
