Job Description
Maintenance - Lubrication Tech
- Inspect and replenish lubrication as needed
- Inspect all filters and replace as needed
- Report any irregularities or deviations from normal machinery operation
- Deliver new chip totes to machines as required
- Remove measure and store full chip totes and scrap bins
- Adhere to all requirements of the our Quality System and any applicable customer quality standards (e.g. AS-9100).
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and organization
- Work well within a team to achieve minimal downtime of manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Consistent and dependable attendance
