This schedule is Every Thursday & Friday 4:30P-4:30A & every other Sat/Sun: 6:30P-7A Overview: Produces computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by a licensed physician according to established practices and procedures. Contract Length: Varies Specialty: Min 2 year exp. Weekend/schedule: Every other Holiday: every other RTO: no more than 3 days Emergency Room exp. Preferred Scrubs: Black Education & Experience: Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required. 1 - 2 years as a staff Radiologic Technologist and previous C.T. experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: New Jersey DEP license required. ARRT required. CT certification required or attained within 6 months of hire. CPR certified. BLS (AHA) IV certification required within 90 days of hire. Knowledge & Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. First Day Instructions /Orientation: Failure to complete the full orientation will result in immediate termination- once scheduled candidate does not have the option of rescheduling any classes. Candidate will receive an email directly from Inspira the Friday before the Monday start. The email will contain the following information; They will receive instructions for signing on to the Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream Module from Human Resources sometime prior to 8:30 on Monday. Monday GEO will be Virtual from their own computer. The modules assigned must be completed by Monday or they will be removed from the orientation person class schedule list- Typically Tues-Thurs- these classes are held in multiple locations. The location may not be listed in the original email candidate is required to use Health Stream to determine class location day of. Please Note *The POCT class will required to attend and is not during orientation week. Unit based orientation schedule from manager.
