The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying engaging and qualifying potential clients to drive business growth. This role focuses on prospecting generating leads and setting meetings for the sales team while maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services remotely.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling email outreach social media and networking.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they fit the company s target customer profile.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives or senior sales staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation and sales activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 1 years of experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working remotely.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $50000 $65000 per year
- Commission / Bonus: $5000 $20000 annually based on performance
Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the escrow process, from opening to closing. Review purchase agreements, contracts, and title documents to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare settlement statements, escrow instructions, and required documents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Handle disbursement of funds and balance escrow accounts. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to all parties throughout the transaction. Resolve issues or discrepancies quickly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. State-required Escrow Officer license or certification (if applicable).
