Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our client s team in Indianapolis IN. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to handle Indiana foreclosure matters while also assisting with occasional on-site administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong litigation skills and a proven track record in foreclosure law.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare review and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested cases.
Participate in mediations depositions telephonic hearings and in-person hearings.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active member in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience handling Indiana foreclosure matters.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with clients through various channels (systems email phone).
- Exceptional client service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and conscientious regarding deadlines time management and attendance.
Work in a hybrid environment in the Indianapolis metro area Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients 3-5 years of experience handling Indiana foreclosures Law, specifically foreclosure and real estate law in Indiana Experience with client management systems and technology
Education
Juris Doctorate degree and membership in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar
