Job Description

This is a remote position.

We re offering an entry-level Data Entry Intern (Remote) opportunity for individuals gearing up for a career in administrative support or risk services. Working fully remote you ll support essential data entry tasks essential to our operations gaining hands-on experience in organizational processes and data systems within a professional setting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Input client claim and policy information into internal systems using your remote workstation.

  • Validate entered data by verifying it against source documents such as forms reports and correspondence with accuracy.

  • Maintain organized digital files and logs accessible to team members working both onsite and remote.

  • Assist with routine quality checks and flag discrepancies for review.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to clarify data needs and improve data efficiency across remote workflows.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance data entry accuracy and process streamlining in a remote setting.




Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ideal for those aiming to build administrative or data-focused skills.

  • Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational ability.

  • Comfortable using standard office tools like spreadsheets and data platforms; openness to learn on the job.

  • Clear written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

  • Self-drive and reliability to manage tasks effectively while remote.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a construction, risk management, or project engineering role. Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project), document control systems, and scheduling tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Driver s license with a reliable driving record, due to required site visits. Physical readiness to spend significant time onsite standing, walking, and occasionally handling equipment. Demonstrated alignment with values of integrity, loyalty, and innovative risk solutions.
