- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems.
- Inspect and maintain the physical features of the property including HVAC plumbing electrical and grounds.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
