Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an exceptionally organized proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a dynamic professional across both personal and administrative domains. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments demonstrates excellent judgment and possesses the ability to anticipate needs manage competing priorities and execute tasks with precision and efficiency.

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a personal assistant executive assistant or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar appointments and scheduling

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights accommodations itineraries)

  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed

  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Organize and maintain files documents and records

  • Perform internet research and gather information as requested

  • Assist with event planning and coordination

  • Liaise with vendors contractors and service providers
