Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Arizona Time

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As an Insurance Administrative Assistant you will handle key administrative tasks that help the company serve clients effectively. This fully remote position provides flexibility while requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.



Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive insurance back-office administrative tasks and daily operational activities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized data management systems

  • Support insurance processing workflows and documentation requirements

  • Maintain meticulous records ensuring all documentation meets industry standards

  • Collaborate with team members while managing independent tasks effectively

  • Apply strong mathematical skills to support calculations and data analysis
