Admin & Accounts Payable Support Virtual Assistant
Work Location: Remote (Philippines Based)
Client Industry: Real Estate Developer
Hours Required: Minimum 25 hours per week (to be reviewed after 1 month)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm AEST (to be reviewed after 1 month)
Reports To: Financial Controller
Supported By: Scale-X Account Manager
Role Details
A proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the Accounts Payable (AP) process tracking invoices and assist with processing payments on a timely basis across the clients system/database.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounts payable email inboxes
Receive review and register invoices in MYOB and Jobpac
Match purchase orders with invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date and organised AP records
File and manage digital invoices using Dropbox
Collaborate with the onshore Finance team to resolve queries internally and externally
Maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness
Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed
Any other ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements
3 years of experience in accounting bookkeeping or accounts payable
Strong working knowledge of MYOB or equivalent accounting software MYOB certification seen as beneficial
Ability to manage multiple AP transactions accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Stable internet connection and backup power source
Must pass police clearance and reference checks
Must have a dedicated home office setup
