The Donor Care Officer will function as supporter care provider to individual donors. The Donor Care Officer will also support the growth of the current individual donor base by working with external agency to conduct upgrades and reactivation campaigns including conversion of one-time givers to regular donors. The Donor Care Officer will deliver revenue goals by contributing to the acquisition and retention of donors developing relationships and providing quality donor relations.
Requirements
Essential skills knowledge or experience
- At least 2-year sales customer service or fundraising experience is required
- Excellent communication & writing skills both in English and Filipino
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve goals & deadlines
- Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
- Positive attitude with a positive and entrepreneurial drive to achieve success
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package
- Results-oriented and proven track record in marketing in competitive environments; experience in campaigning convincing negotiating with successful results will be an advantage
- Demonstrates strong commitment to Save the Children s mission vision and values. child rights programming will be an advantage.
- College graduate preferably with a Communications Marketing or Business degree.
