Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple QuickBooks instances
- Process and categorise financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Collaborate with external accounting professionals to ensure optimal financial practices
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
- 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple business entities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with healthcare or real estate industries preferred
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality
