Our dynamic and mission-driven immigration law client is growing rapidly and we re looking for a Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to join the team. This is a full-time fully remote role ideally suited to attorneys who thrive in a globally connected environment and are eager to make a meaningful difference every day.
What You ll Do
As a core member of our client-focused legal team you will:
- Conduct thoughtful strategic legal consultations with prospective clients on a variety of immigration matters including:
- Family-based immigration
- Employment-based petitions
- Humanitarian relief (VAWA U Visa T Visa Asylum)
- Offer clear legal guidance and assess eligibility for immigration benefits
- Help ensure a warm supportive onboarding experience for new clients
- Provide limited casework support and contribute to client retention and firm growth through excellent communication and care
Requirements:
- Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted in any U.S. state)
- 1 year of hands-on immigration law experience including client consultations
- Strong working knowledge of USCIS procedures humanitarian relief options and immigration legal strategy
- A skilled communicator with empathy professionalism and confidence
- A self-motivated team player who can excel in a fully virtual collaborative environment
- Experience in client development or retention is a plus
