Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1 hour unpaid break California
- Respond to customer inquiries via Phone email social media platforms and direct messages
- Handle customer communications on Facebook Etsy and other social media channels
- Manage back-and-forth client communications and provide customer support
- Process and respond to posts and direct messages across multiple platforms
- Maintain professional communication standards in all customer interactions
- Work within the company s CRM system to track and manage customer relationships
- Coordinate with international partners and clients across different time zones
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience with GoHighLevel required
- Experience with Facebook Etsy and other e-commerce platforms preferred
- Experience with customer service and client communications experience
- Proficiency with email systems and social media platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
