- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Bulli NSW time (or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Responsibilities:
- Prepare travel quotes and proposals for client review
- Format and create professional documentation including e-tickets vouchers and travel documents
- Handle administrative tasks and back-office operations
- Conduct template-based follow-up communications with existing customers
- Review historical invoices (3 months old) to identify upselling opportunities for hotels travel insurance and additional services
- Monitor existing bookings that havent traveled yet to find cost-saving rebooking opportunities
- Research and compare pricing for airfares hotels and travel packages to maximize savings
- Generate leads from existing customer base through systematic review and outreach
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and document formatting skills
- Experience with administrative and back-office operations
- Ability to work independently with template-based processes
- Comfortable with research and price comparison tasks
- Professional written communication skills
- Familiarity with travel industry operations preferred
- Proficiency in document creation and formatting software
Scope:
- Work during Australian Eastern Time business hours
- No direct client phone communication required - all customer interaction through templates
- Focus on back-office support rather than front-facing sales
