Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during business hours (HST Hawaii)

Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Take ownership of creating and redesigning websites for a growing renewable energy business making waves in Hawaii s solar maintenance sector. You ll have creative freedom to improve existing websites and build new ones from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the entrepreneur who values high-quality web design and understands the impact of a strong digital presence on business success.

Responsibilities

Redesign and fully overhaul two existing websites to meet modern standards.
Create new websites to support business expansion and service offerings.
Collaborate with the business owner to understand design preferences and functional requirements.
Ensure websites are optimized for user experience and conversion goals.
Implement responsive design principles for seamless viewing across all devices.
Maintain and update websites as the business grows and evolves.

Requirements

Proven web development experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in modern web development technologies and frameworks.
Strong design sensibilities and understanding of user experience principles.
Excellent communication skills for direct client collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple website projects simultaneously.
Experience with business websites and conversion optimization.
Self-motivated with strong project management skills.
