Conduct weekly touchpoints with customers to maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
Confirm roof inspections and installations with customers coordinating schedules as needed.
Contact insurance adjusters to follow up on completed roofing work and required documentation.
Handle scheduling requests and rescheduling needs coordinating with internal teams for approvals.
Follow up on insurance claims and ensure proper communication between all parties.
Make outbound calls to customers using company phone systems and CRM tools.
Access and share customer photos and project documentation through company software platforms.
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer service and phone-based communication.
Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms (CompanyCam Roofer CRM Zoom Phone).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
