Role description: Supports the InfoSec business partners with risk assessments and solution design reviews and risk mitigation follow-up.
Role accountabilities:
Individual accountabilities:
Risk assessment
- Conduct established security risk assessments and security review requests such as IT tickets emails and other Ad-hoc requests.
- Support InfoSec Business partners with ad hoc assessments and reviews as wellas large projects.
Digital solution and3rd party assessments
- Review digital solutions and identify missing controls and security mechanisms.
- Review 3rd party suppliers and services and identify potential risks for Arcadis.
- Fill in and update risk assessments reports.
- Timely escalation of identified High and Critical risks.
Risk Mitigation follow-up
- Follow up on agreed risk mitigations and progress.
- Drive recommendations and resolutions.
- Escalate risks that have not been mitigated
Keyskillsand Capabilities
- Show good understanding of Information security principles.
- Show great communication skills
- Identify potential issues quickly
Key Shared Accountabilities:
- Identify and propose risk assessment and process improvements.
- Building relationships within the business.
- Learning about the Arcadis InfoSecRisk Strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in Information Security on risk assessments and risk mitigation.
- Driving Innovation: Experience in generating and driving innovation engaging with peers on new processes and solutions.
- Managing Change: Managing and leading change into other services or products operating with new business models and driving standardization and automation.
- Data and technology: Adopting data-driven decision making leveraging data to create and demonstrate value. Tech savy and comfortable and curious about technologies.
- Takes ownership achieves results; drives improvement.
- Communicates effectively and can deal with resistance; escalates timely.
