Job Description
As a Learning & Development working student you will collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to provide future-proof learning and development curricula and interventions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring our learning data is up-to-date and correct by coordinating the administration of learning events in our Learning Management System. You will be able to collaborate with our Global Learning Administration Services team (located in India).
- Managing employee attendance in learning events dealing with registrations and last minute cancellations to ensure all seats to our learning events are maximally utilized
- Managing effective communication regarding invitations evaluations and content management to various stakeholders
- Responding to learning inquiries from participants to various learning events.
- Contributing to one or more internal learning projects such as in the areas of learning technology innovation and/or quality assurance.
Qualifications :
You are capable of being a Trusted Learning Advisor for your internal clients. At the same time you are a team player possess strong communication skills and work in a structured manner. Furthermore for this working student position in Learning & Development you should be:
- A HBO/WO student preferably in Educational Science Business Administration Learning Human Resource Management.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Available for 32 hours per week starting from 15 September with the ability to travel to offices located in Amsterdam Rotterdam and Utrecht.
