As a Senior Corporate Accountant youll be a key resource for our finance department a strategic advisor for our operational teams and a leader in optimizing our financial processes. What You Will Do:
Strategic Operational Support: You will act as a trusted financial advisor to our operational teams. Your role will be to monitor expenses analyze data to identify trends and make impactful recommendations to guide business decisions. You will be at the heart of our financial strategy.
Financial Reporting Preparation: Youll be responsible for producing key accounting reports and performing complex reconciliations (balance sheets intercompany accounts etc.). Your meticulousness will ensure the accuracy and transparency of data which are essential for company leadership. You will also support month-end closing processes and audits.
Continuous Process Improvement: You will be an agent of change. Your role will be to review and recommend new procedures to make our operations even more fluid and efficient. Youll actively participate in evaluating internal controls and creating policies to ensure the constant evolution of our finance department.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Beyond the numbers your mission will be to dissect financial data and analyze complex transactions. This analysis will be used to identify trends anticipate challenges and provide accurate insights to help the company achieve its goals.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Hold a CPA designation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and oral skills of both French and English. French is required as it is the language in the Quebec province.

Hybrid work schedule
We believe in a balance between in-person collaboration and flexibility. Thats why this is a hybrid role with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to connect as a team and the potential for additional days based on business needs.
